Jennifer R. Hockemeyer is a native of Fort Wayne and a graduate of Concordia High School. She attended Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana where she completed her collegiate pre-requisites and graduated with honors with a Physician Assistant Degree. After graduation in 2002, she joined the Indiana/Ohio Heart team. She obtained her national certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains this certification by continuing medical education annually. She is a member of the Academy of Physician Assistants in Cardiovascular Surgery and the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants.
